Day in the Greenway

Saturday, May 17, 2008

The biggest volunteer event of the year, with various projects at multiple sites and an afternoon celebration BBQ!

Day in the Greenway BBQ

D.I.G. brings volunteers of all ages out to projects across the Greenway landscape where we'll be working to build and maintain trails and doing environmental restoration.  After the morning projects, everyone will meet back at Lake Sammamish State Park for a FREE BBQ and volunteer recognition ceremony!

This year there are 6!!! projects available, and space at each one is limited!  Click "sign up" to register for an event, or email us at  volunteer@mtsgreenway.org if you have any questions.  When registering, please indicate in the "comments or questions" section if you'll be joining us at the picnic -- we sure hope you do!

Schedule for the Day:

Events from 9:00 - 12:30 (leaving plenty of time to get to the picnic, of course!)
Picnic from 1:00-3:00 at Lake Sammamish State Park
